Did Univeral chronos ever use Lemania Movements, or is this a "frankenwatch"? ebay item # 170048959327 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170048959327 Seller (johnnywatch) has 99.9% positive feedback, but I have seen them referenced on your site before, regarding questionable Rolex watches. Any other comments and opinions about the watch will be appreciated. thanks for your help. |

I believe the watch to be genuine, though what makes it collectible (UG caliber) by the time this watch came out 1980s or 1990s is long gone. UGs aren't what they used to be. |

Thanks for your quick response. Would you venture your opinion on the approx. value of this item? In other words...how much did I overpay? |

I think you got a pretty good deal, though I don't expect this type of item to appreciate that much. |
