All I have are the numbers on the watch which are likely serial numbers. Is stamped 18k as well as 17 jewels. No idea of date, model, or value. Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.

I don;t know the model. The dial is redone and the hands are mismatched. It's not going to be substantially over the scrap value of the gold with gold as high as it is.
