Is this legit? The main dial looks funny going around the 9 o'clock dial. Is this the usual look for this model?

Not sure, there are so many variants, hard to keep track of them all. I don't see it as a current model. If you have doubts, certainly not something I'd buy without box & papers. Check http://www.omega.ch/ for the current lineup.
