This dial looks a bit odd to me, but I'm no expert...basically two things:
1) No "Automatic" on the dial
2) The fat 'arrow's at 24 o'clock and 12 o'clock (on this 24hr dial, so 12 and 6 normally speaking) i've only seen normal, straight indexes

Your best indicator of whether an Airman is legit, is that it hacks at 12:00, via a small hole in the dial. The fakes don't do that. This case looks a little odd to me.
