I have just bought this watch by E Borel Co. I dont know how to resize, so have added a link to photobucket hosting

Not much can be seen in your picture. Do you have a specific question about this watch? It is quite likely that your watch was made by Borel if that is what you are asking. If you are wondering about value then these "cocktail" style ladies watches from companies like Borel usually have only scrap value (i.e., gold content in case/band, diamonds, etc.). There is little collector interest. See a jeweler for an estimate.
