This omega is quite rare & I was not able to find any reference to refer to. The dial & movement looks real to me. I feel a bit fishy for the hallmarks & stamping on the inside of the case back, the case ref. no. & the 4 digit model no. may be inscribed later or some re-stamping work. I'm not sure or even the whole 18k case is fake as it really justify to make a fake one for something that is quite rare. Any comment or opinion sharing is highly appreciated. Any place I can make some reference to or help my research on this square bumper model ? asm522 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31387&item=4956745630&rd=1

Form the photos, it looks OK to me, but the price of "time only" version of this watch, especially in the condition it is in, seems way out of line. Zaf |

Dear ZAF Thanks for your comment. What price range will you set? I have difficult to try to brenchmark the price on this due to it is not commonly seen. Do you remember seeing one recently sold somewhere on the web? Thanks again. asm522 |

I think it's more of a $1600 type thing rather than $2600. This is based on recent sales of similar IWC in better shape for $2600. This one has a bracelet, so add melft value of bracelet to $1600 and that gets you what I think it is worth. The dial is poor, so keep that in mind too. |
