The back says 18K not 14K. The movement is certainly a genuine Omega 552 caliber. Some pictures of the front of the watch might help tell more.

I don't like the stampings on the insides.
I have never seen anything like that before...

Thanks Jimh & Zaf, pls find attached photo of front, seller claims in 1960's with very very good condt'n but im really not confident with back case. that be great if can give me advise sooner & better as no much time left.

I'm going to suggest that you look for another example with inner case back markings one would normally expect. The watch may be genuine, but it doesn't appear to be a Swiss made case. It might be an Omega for a foreign market, like Argentina, etc. and the case was made there.
