It does look like PP movement, but I'd be surprised if that started life as a wrist watch. It's a late 1800s serial number so it's probably a ladies pocket watch conversion. So, the dial si probabnly glued on of the dial feet have changed position to make the 3:00 line up to the winding crown (instead of the 12:00)
