I purchased a 14K white gold Elgin wrist watch at auction. I've had 2 jewelers look at it and one said it is probably made in the 60's and does have diamonds but can't give me a value on those (he does watch work only). He did say the gold would be worth about $200. I've opened the back (it is wind up -not battery operated) and it is Elgin with a number of 313 on it. Any idea of when manufactured and the value? Thanks!

If the movement says 313 then this is an Elgin caliber based on the Swiss Fleurier 6600 caliber which was in production in the 1960s.

Realistically the value of this watch is basically the value of gold & diamonds. Get an evaluation from a jeweler.
