I purchased a 14K white gold Elgin wrist watch at auction. I've had 2 jewelers look at it and one said it is probably made in the 60's and does have diamonds but can't give me a value on those (he does watch work only). He did say the gold would be worth about $200. I've opened the back (it is wind up -not battery operated) and it is Elgin with a number of 313 on it. Any idea of when manufactured and the value? Thanks! |
