This is supposed to be an IWC from 1919 with cal 64t.
Do you think it is genuine?
Any idea of it's value?

Is it hard to wind? IWC has used a lubricant that thickens and hardens with age making the watch hard to wind. My IWC was very hard to wind as it aged and had to be cleaned and relubed to mke is ok once more. Not a big deal, just an annoyance. A $400 annoyance
