A friend of mine has offered me this watch as a 47mm vintage big pilot

Dial, hands, crown, and movement as supposedly "authentic and correct" though the case and strap are current. What can you tell me about it?

Here is a picture of the movement which at first glance looks like a calibre 64 with the nail set and IWC stamp though the area around the barrel is different than other photos I have seen

The movement looks real, the rest, including the case, dial & hands are made up, probably of Russian or Polish origin.

I would not pay a lot for something like this, if that is the ultimate goal of your question.
