Yes real, except the dial hand hands have been restored in a fairly obvious manner.

I saw it on ebay and its title is very similar to one fake LeCoultre posted on this forum, i.e. "JAEGER CHRONOGRAPH THREE REGISTERS S/S VERY RARE,MINT"

On another topic, what is more valuable or better quality, an old Jaeger or an old LeCoultre?

That topic has been discussed many times before, so you'd need to browse the forum. Quickly, the perception is that Jaeger/Jaeger-LeCoultre is better than LeCoultre. It's true in some cases, but in many others the watches are the same.
