I only got two pictures of this watch and couldn't get the movement from a local auction site. Is it possible to tell if it is real and how much is the fair market price?

It's real but the dial has been refinished in my opinion. Nice restoration however.

Actually I looked at some old archive photos of the times I have sold this watch, and the dial appears to be original. $1700 does seem a little on the high side, for the US market at least.

Thank you for your comment Zaf. Downside is he didn't want to show picture of the movement, claiming he didn't know how to open it cuz he isn't a pro.
