I have never seen these type of hands on WWWs,and should there be seconds markings on the sub dial ? The hands resemble those found on the mark 11, dont they ??

I would say no. You have a "MoD" dial, i.e. one repainted by the British, there is an outside chance they replaced the hands as well, but for maximum collectibility and value you're looking at a watch that should look like this: http://www.watch-prices.com/graphics/images/watches/rx0174.jpg |

Well, it is a repainted dial for sure, wether it is done by the Brits or not remains to be seen. I'd stick to the non repainted ones in terms of value. Also, unless it is an Australian version, it is missing the solid bars between the lugs... |
