Well, I saw these coming from a German dealer named Watch-time.de (sort of bullshit wholesaler).
The Danish guy (if this is the dealer in question) definitely should know its fake, but on the other hand, there are not many who really care what they sell...

Yes Ilja it was the Dane - and they should really know, I was almost fooled by this thinking they must know something I didnt.

Are you based in Europe ? And which vintage watch dealers are to be trusted 100% (if thats possible)

Im in Duesseldorf, Germany.
Actually I dont trust dealers, except Zaf of course. ;-)
Its an ocean full of hungry sharks out there.

I have been collecting WWs for 5-6 years now and some I have bought on auction sites, some at old retired watchmakers around my area, some private from friends and their friends. This is low budget watches mostly but in the last year I have found myself looking at more pricy pieces. I find it often too risky to buy something more costly than 500 euro on ebya. Although many of the items on this site (classicw) has a fair price and seems to be sold by someone with a good attitude I hoped there was some dealers in Europe that is equally trustworthy. Import from US will add a lot of cost especially on more expensive pieces.

Just thought I'd defend my countryman a bit.
The "Dane", Mlbak is a very respected and activ guy in danish vintagewatch cirkels.
His mistake reg. the "Mrk. XII" is not deliberate.

Well - could well be that his "mistake" is soon going to be a costly affair for another person, as the item is still offered for sale. If he is well respected and active in vintage circles in your country it makes it even worse, or sader, or both..
