Junghans WW2 U-Boot, any good?

I just bought this watch, a converted Junghans pocket watch. I'm impressed with it's look, but I'd also like to know more about which model is it etc. http://cgi.ebay.ie/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260772821954&ssPageName=STRK:M EWNX:IT It seems that this model originally was a pocket watch with seconds dial on 6 Hrs, but when the crown was put on 3 Hrs the seconds went from 6 to 9 Hrs. Avoid anything coming out of the Ukraine, 95% of their stuff is pure fantasy.
