No. Just crown is incorrect and hands got some white paint.

I don't have one, but it really is quite generic, so your watchmaker should be able to fit something very similar.

I note that in your book, you describe the cal. 479 movement as having 17 jewels. Other on-line sources I've seen say 16 jewels. It's not a big deal, but which is correct?

Without taking the movement completely apart, to me it is 17 jewels as it is jeweled to the center. They may have not jeweled the center under the dial, in which case it would be 16 jewels.
