Dear Sirs, I've already posted in the JLC forum but I've now gladly discovered this "ad hoc" forum so I would like to repropose my issue for your kind suggestions. I'm interested in buying a JLC Mark XI assigned to RAAF (G6B year '53) but I've got some doubts: - the bar are fixed - despite the impression in the picture - while I've read that RAAF were required and supplied with removable spring bar: how can be commented? - I'm really concerned about the radioactivity emissions related to the dials and hands which were in radium: how about removing and replace the hazardous luminescent? How much this intervention of restoration decreases the value of the watch? - and, finally, very hard, what would you be your choice: IWC Mark XI or JLC Mark XI? Thank you and best regards Below some pictures of the mentioned Mk XI
