Can anyone help me identify the maker of an unusual WWI Corps of Engineers watch, marked on the cuvette "Examined by Vacheron & Constantine"? When V&C ran out of their 20-jewel chronograph movement, they bought and regulated outside movements. Mine has a conjoined FR/43, which seems to be the maker. Any parts help would be appreciated (escape wheel, crown, etc.)

There will be no parts availability for that watch. I don't know whom made the movement, but if you post a photo we can guess.
