I have a Tavannes Watch Co. 15 jewels 4 adjustments #13293127 in a Wadsworth Pilot (25 years?) #2654746

On the inside of the case is scribed 1900 - Nov 4 - 1921

It also has a 9 that is circled and 2C 6-87/1-3 that was scribed in very fine print. What can you tell me about the watch. Thanks in advance.

Here are some pictures for my question above. Let me know if they need to be of better detail.

Thanks
