Dear Members of this forum,
I am providing the photograph of the watch, the back plate and the mechanism of a Jaeger Le Coultre Chronograph from the WW2 era. Cal. 285. Does this look authentic? I am a bit apprehensive about the connector which states 'Seventeen 17 Jewels Unadjusted LeCoultre Swiss.' I have noticed two other watches same type and period not having this type of connector. Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Shane

Hi,
These are the other two that I have seen. Please help in identifying which one is authentic.
Thanks,
Shane

It is legit. The watch you are showing is made for the USA market, the other two are not.

Zaf, thank you very much for your knowledgeable input. The other two, do they look authentic, because one is from 1940's and the other is from the 1950's. Your input on this matter would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Shane

The other too look good to me as well, though I like the one with "Fab Suisse" on the center bridge more. I'd probably want to take a good look at the dial of the Jaeger only one.
