hi zaf, i have two DH watches that i purchased few weeks ago, one is ARSA, it's quite big and i think they made the DH pocket watch into a wrist watch, do you think is made for war purposes or it's just some DIY after the war? the second one is a Recta, it got a D 597692 H marking on the back, seems all the parts are original (crown??period??) can you tell me how they worth? thanks in advance zaf. The Arsa looks like a converted pocket watch, I doubt this is a WW II conversion. Most likely a Soviet block conversion in order to make it look more valuable. The Recta looks original, the corwn really should be replaced, I'm sure it's hard to wind as it is. Value, around $225-300/ea. |
